Who I am

This website belongs to Pampered Pooch, a dog grooming business run by Sophie at 17 Victoria Avenue, Porthcawl. I am the person who decides how your details are used.

The enquiry form

If you use the form I collect your name, email address, phone number if you add one, your dog's name and breed, the service you pick and your message. The form is sent to me as an email using a service called EmailJS. I use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment. I do not use them for anything else and I do not sell them.

I keep enquiry emails for as long as I need them to deal with your booking and for my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Cookies and Google Analytics

This website does not currently use any analytics, and the cookie banner does not appear. The map on the contact section is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address.

Apart from the Google Maps cookies above, the only thing this website stores in your browser is your cookie choice.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, to correct them or to have them deleted. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
